Over the past two years, the privacy act has made it very difficult to contact your insurance to verify your coverage or retrieve any information. As a result, the following applies if you have dental coverage:
Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments
We are aware that your time is valuable. Please remember to note your appointment time. Your appointment is exclusively reserved for you and the dentist or hygienist. We require two full business days to change or reschedule any visit.
Please note that due to the high demand in our Saturday appointments, we need you to contact Rita or Natalie one week in advance to reschedule or cancel a Saturday appointment. This gives us time to call clients so they may have the time to rearrange their weekend if needed.
It is very important to note that if the appointment is cancelled less than a week in advance, we will not be able to reschedule another Saturday unless a payment of $75.00 is made for each person from the previous Saturday's missed appointment. We apologize for such a strict regulation, but it is very difficult to call other clients to come in on such short notice.
